Maryse has developed her expertise over 30 years facilitating, coaching, mentoring and developing leaders. She primarily works with Executive Teams in large multi-nationals, in South Africa and internationally, and organisations including NGOs. She is regularly on Faculty for Executive Leadership programmes with a number of South African business schools.

As Senior Faculty of Time To Think International, all her practices are based on the premise that “The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do we do first.” (Nancy Kline – author of ‘Time to Think) Creating the environments that support and enable people to think independently for themselves – and together is the primary purpose of Maryse’s work.

Her programmes are designed to develop, engage and enrich Leaders. These interactive programmes make use of tools, skills and practices that ensure understanding and capacity to work with the rich and complex issues of Quality Thinking, Leadership, and Collaboration. These workshops leverage the powerful advantages of diversity, enabling people to optimise thinking, enhance self-confidence and their work environments.
